Orders are processed after payment confirmation and order approval.

Estimated delivery time within Egypt is usually 7–14 business days, depending on the delivery location, courier availability, and the nature of the item ordered.

Some items may require additional preparation time, especially custom-made, pre-order, embroidered, or hand-finished pieces. In such cases, the estimated preparation or delivery time will be mentioned on the product page or confirmed with the customer before completing the order.

Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, courier delays, incorrect address details, high-demand periods, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and shipping information. Vera Zolotareva is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete customer details.
